Návrh odsávacího zařízení a klimatizace strojní dílny

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem odsávacího zařízení a klimatizace pro připravovanou rekonstrukci strojní dílny. Na základě rozmístění strojů a využití jednotlivých dílen je stanoveno množství odváděného a přiváděného vzduchu. Odsávaný vzduch od strojů bude vyčištěn pomocí mokrého hladinového odlučovače. Přívodní vzduch bude upraven na požadovanou tep-lotu pomocí klimatizační jednotky. Řešení zahrnuje i úsporu energie zpětným získáváním tepla z odváděného vzduchu z jednotlivých dílen. V závěru bylo provedeno orientační vyčíslení investičních nákladů a přiložena je i výkresová dokumentace vzduchotechnického zařízení.

The thesis deals with suggestion exhausting and air conditioning proposal for the planned reconstruction of the machine shop. Quantity of removing and incoming air is based on location of machines and utilization single works. Exhaustion air will be clean up by the help of wet surface separator. Incoming air will adjust desired value of temperature by means of air handler. Solution also involves energy saving thanks to back heat acquisition from removed air from the single works. Orientation bill of the investment costs has been calculated at the end of the work and in the enclosure there is also drawing documentation of the ventilation system.
