Dynamika mechanismu průmyslové pračky.

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá dynamikou mechanismu průmyslové pračky FS115. Cílem práce je určení dynamických vlastností vyvozených zatěžující silou. V úvodu je stručné popsána historie vzniku pračky jako nástroje. Další kapitola obsahuje popis jednotlivých částí mechanismu zkoumané pračky. Následující kapitola se zabývá matematickým modelem dynamické úlohy, je zde popsána teorie nutná k pochopení zkoumaného problému a její aplikace na jednouchý příklad. Převedení geometrického modelu na model konenčoprvkový je popsáno v samostatné kapitole. Následně jsem pomocí programu ANSYS provedl modální a harmonickou analýzu s popisem jednotlivých výsledků těchto analýz.

Bachelor thesis is dealing with the dynamics of the mechanism of the washing machine FS115. The introduction describes a history of the washing machine as a tool. Next chapter contains descriptions of the mechanism of the studied machine. Other chapter deals with the mathematical model of the dynamic task, theory which is necessary for understanding this problem and its application on simple example is described in this chapter. Transferring of the geometric model to finite-element model is described in separate chapter. Then I made a modal and harmonic analysis by ANSYS software with a description of every single results of these analysis.
