Technologické postupy vybraných druhů zateplení polyfunkčního domu a jejich vzájemné porovnání

Abstract

Cieľom mojej diplomovej práce bolo vypracovať realizačnú projektovú dokumentáciu polyfunkčného domu, ktorý je umiestnený v Žiline, na ulici Bajzovej. Ďalej som sa zaoberal technologickým postupom vybraných druhov zateplenia, tohto objektu a ich vzájomného porovnania. Porovnania na základe ceny, doby realizácie a tepelno – technickej účinnosti. Objekt má sedem nadzemných podlaží. V prvom nadzemnom podlaží sa nachádzajú obchodné priestory. V ďalších šiestich podlažiach sú byty. Nachádzajú sa tu dvoj, troj a nadštandardné štvor izbové byty. Celkový počet bytov je tridsať.

The aim of my thesis is to draw up the realisation project documentation of multifunctional building which is located in the town of Zilina, Bajzova Street. Furthermore I analysed technology method of selected forms of thermal insulation in this building and their relative comparison. We are talking about the comparisons based on the price, total period of realisation and technical-thermal efficiency. The building has seven above ground floors. There are the commercial spaces situated on the first above ground floor and the flats to be found on the other six floors of the building. There are two, three and high standard four bedroom flats. Total number of these flats is thirty.
