Systém získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

V diplomovej práci som sa zaoberala problematikou získavania a výberu zamestnancov. Prvá časť mojej práce je venovaná objasneniu základných pojmov súvisiacich s procesom získavania a výberu. Ďalšia časť je zameraná na charakteristiku vybranej organizácie, popis jej činnosti, histórie a pod. Praktickú časť mojej práce tvorí popis procesu získavania a výberu zamestnancov vo vybranej organizácii. Táto časť zároveň obsahuje dotazníkové šetrenie a jeho výsledky. Posledná kapitola diplomovej práce sa zaoberá návrhmi a odporúčaniami s cieľom zlepšiť proces získavania a výberu zamestnancov. Bude závisieť od postoja organizácie, či akceptujú niektorú z navrhovaných zmien.

In this thesis, I addressed the issue of recruitment and selection of employees. The first part of my job is to clarify basic concepts associated with the recruitment and selection process. The next section focuses on the characteristics of the selected organization, a description of its activities, history and so on.

The practical part of my job description is the process of acquisition and recruitment in the selected organization. This section also contains a questionnaire survey and its results. The last chapter of the thesis deals with the proposals and recommendations to improve the process of acquisition and recruitment. It will depend on the attitude of the organization or accepting any of the proposed changes.
