Hospodaření s prostředky FKSP ve vybrané organizaci - analýza a návrh změn pravidel pro čerpání

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část popisuje pravidla pro používání prostředků z fondu kulturních a sociálních potřeb, která jsou stanovena zákonem. Druhá část je zaměřena na charakteristiku vybrané organizace, tvorbu fondu, používání fondu, hospodaření s fondem a zásady pro používání prostředků z fondu. Ve třetí části je proveden výzkum formou dotazníkové metody. Dotazník je zaměřen na spokojenost zaměstnanců se současnými zaměstnaneckými výhodami. Respondenti zde dostali prostor vyjádřit svůj názor, o jaké zaměstnanecké výhody by chtěli současné zaměstnanecké výhody rozšířit. Poté následuje vyhodnocení tohoto výzkumu, interpretace výsledků a návrh změn pro čerpání prostředků fondu.

This bachelor thesis is divided into three parts. The first part describes the rules for using the assets from the fund for cultural and social needs, which are given by the law. The second part is aimed at the characteristics of the chosen organization, fund formation, use of the fund, fund management and rules for using the assets from the fund. In the third part, a research in the form of questionnaire is made. This questionnaire is focused on the employee satisfaction with the current employee benefits. Respondents had the possibility to express their opinion about other employee benefits, they would be interested in. This research is followed by the evaluation of this research, its results and a proposal of changes for the drawing of the fund.
