Velkokapacitní hřeblový dopravník

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá konstrukčním řešením vratné napínací stanice porubového hřeblového dopravníku. Tento dopravník o délce 260m a dopravním výkonu 1100 t/h je určen pro dopravu rubaniny směrem z porubu. V úvodní části je shrnuta problematika hřeblových dopravníků jako takových a jejich jednotlivých částí. Druhá – výpočetní část je věnována technologickým a pevnostním výpočtům, týkajících se daného tématu hřeblových dopravníků. Koncepční řešení hřeblového dopravníku a jeho vratné stanice je dokumentováno ve výkresové části diplomové práce.

This thesis deals with the structural design of reverse stretching station of the drag conveyor. This conveyor with a length of 260 meters and transport power of 1100 tons per hour is designed to transport coal toward from the coalface. The introductory section summarizes the issues such as drag conveyors and their individual parts. The second part is devoted to computing technology and strength calculations relating to the topic of drag conveyors. Conceptual design of the drag conveyor and reverse stations are documented in the drawing part of the thesis.
