Územní studie lokality Fryšták - Skalka ve městě Fryšták pro účel individuálního bydlení

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zpracovat návrh využití území pro novou zástavbu rodinnými domy v lokalitě Fryšták – Skalka tak, aby veškeré návrhy byli v souladu s uzemním plánem a limity obce. Práce obsahuje především urbanistické řešení dané lokality tak, aby návrh zapadal do okolní zástavby a měl vhodnou formu a orientaci navrhovaných domů. Byly zpracovány 4 varianty řešení a jedna z nich byla zpracována podrobněji. V této vybrané variantě byl dále zpracován návrh technické a dopravní infrastruktury a jeho napojení na stávající stav. Součástí práce je i orientační propočet finančních nákladů na realizaci tohoto navrženého řešení.

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis was to prepare a proposal for the use of the land for a new housing construction in the Fryšták – Skalka area which would be in a concord with the town’s land plan and its borderlines. The thesis mainly presents an urban-planning oriented solution for the given area which respects the surrounding buildings and has an appropriate form and orientation of the proposed houses. In the chosen variant, a solution for the technical and transport infrastructure and its connection to the existing conditions was elaborated. The thesis consists of a rough financial cost calculation of the proposed solution as well.
