Bioelektrárna Otice

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce bylo vypracování architektonické a stavebně technické dokumentace na úrovni Dokumentace pro provádění stavby Bioelektrárny v Oticích. Zadání bakalářské práce vychází z vypracované dokumentace Urbanistické studie Ateliérové tvorby III., Studie stavby Ateliérové tvorby IV. a dokumentace pro stavební povolení Ateliérové tvorby Va.

Navržená stavba bioelektrárny slouží jako vlastní zdroj elektrické a tepelné energie průmyslového areálu zabývající se výrobou přepravních a obytných kontejnerů. Přebytečnou vyrobenou energii bude odvádět do distribuční sítě. Stavba se nachází v severozápadní části Otic. Umístění a návrh stavby vychází z urbanistické studie řešení revitalizace železničního koridoru mezi železničními zastávkami Svobodné Heřmanice – Opava Východ. Stavba respektuje výraz a možnosti daného území a bude přínosem pro danou lokalitu.

The focus of my thesis is to make architectural and constructive documentation of the contruction on the Bio power station in Otice. The assigment proceeds from the Urbanistic study Atelier's creation III., Study of the construction Atelier's creation IV. and documentation of the planning permission Atelier's creation Va. The Bio power station is used as a unique source of electrical and thermal energy for an industrial area which is focused on the production of shipping and living containers. Excesses of energy will be further transited to the national distribution network. The building is located on the northwest side of Otice, however, the area is registered in the land registry as being in Slavkov. The location and the plan of the building progressed from urbanistic study of solving the revitalization of railway corridor between the railway station of Svobodné Heřmanice and Opava Východ. The project of building is based on previous analysis of the area and it is in conformity with local plan for Otice.
