Rozšíření informačního systému stavební firmy

Abstract

Cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo doplnit a nově pořídit IT/ITC, které jsou součástí technologických uzlů a řídících technických pracovišť. Umožňují tak centrální řízení a celopodnikovou IT síť pro využití centralizace v obchodní a ekonomické agendě. V první části se zabýváme teoretickými východisky možného rozšíření a inovace informačního systému. Přesně definujeme pojem IS a všechny jeho komponenty. Popisujeme podnikové informační systémy, způsoby pořízení IS a následnou implementaci. Druhá kapitola byla zaměřena na analýzu současného stavu informačního systému stavební firmy. Metodou realizace pro analýzu současného stavu byl zvolen rozhovor s respondentem firmy. Poté, pomocí naší uskutečněné studie, jsme provedli SWOT analýzu podniku. V třetí kapitole navazujeme na předchozí část a to návrhem rozšíření stávajícího IS včetně jeho výstupu. Zde jsou určeny cíle projektu a také následné přínosy. Dále byly specifikovány možné překážky a rizika projektu. Provedli jsme výběrové řízení a technickou proveditelnost projektu. Čtvrtá a zároveň poslední část byla věnována postupu implementace. Zavádění jsme si znázornili pomocí harmonogramu, konkrétně byly stanoveny fáze implementace. Na úplný závěr byl zhotoven rozpočet projektu.

The aim of my bachelor´s thesis is to complete and create new IT/ITC, which are a part of technological centers and technical management departments. They allow centralized management and provide enterprise-wide IT network to employ the centralization in trade and economic agenda. The first part deals with the theoretical bases of the possible extension and innovation of the information system. We define precisely the concept of IS and all its components. We also describe corporate information systems, the methods of acquisition and subsequent implementation of IS. The second chapter focuses on analyzing the current state of information system of a construction company. As an implementing method for analyzing the current situation, interview with a respondent from the company is used. Then, basing on our study, we carry out a SWOT analysis of the company. The third chapter builds on the previous section by proposing the expansion of the existing IS including its output. Here the project objectives and the subsequent benefits are established. The potential barriers and risks are also specified. We conduct a selection process and the technical feasibility of the project. The fourth and the final section is devoted to the implementation process. The introduction is presented by the schedule, the phases of implementation are clearly defined. At the very end of the project the budget is set.
