Informační systém krizového řízení Hlavního města Prahy

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřená na informační systém krizového řízení hl. m. Prahy. Informační podpora sehrává v krizovém řízení čím dál větší roli, proto je rozvoj informačního systému jednou z cest pro jeho zlepšení. V první části diplomové práce jsou osvětleny nejdůležitější pojmy krizového řízení a specifika hl. m. Prahy, také některé domácí i zahraniční informační systémy určené pro krizové řízení. Další část práce je věnována popisu informačnímu systému krizového řízení hl. m. Prahy, který je aktuálně používán. Následuje vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření a řízeného rozhovoru s odborníky. Poslední část je věnovaná celkovému vyhodnocení a doporučením ke zlepšení současné situace.

The diploma thesis is focused on Crisis Management Information System of the capital city of Prague. Nowadays, information delivery plays an increasingly important role in the crisis management and therefore the development of information system is one way how to improve it. First part of this thesis explains the most used terms in crisis management and specific requirements of the capital city of Prague, moreover, some of the national and foreign information systems of crisis management. Next part is dedicated to general description of the Crisis Management Information system of the capital city of Prague that is currently used. Last but not least, the thesis evaluates the current situation and gives recommendations to improve current situation.
