Studie dostupnosti zdravotnické záchranné služby v území

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá dostupností zdravotnické záchranné služby v území. V úvodu je teoreticky popsána problematika dostupnosti, nejen v České republice, ale i v zahraničí - Sasku a Bavorsku. Další část je věnována představení samotné zdravotnické záchranné službě, z hlediska její historie, činnosti a typů výjezdových skupin. Samotná praktická část začíná vývojem dislokace zdravotnické záchranné služby z hlediska legislativy. Poté na tento text navazuje samotný návrh plánu pokrytí území výjezdovými základnami zdravotnické záchranné služby. Následuje popis metodiky, její princip a jednotlivé kroky. V závěru je tato metodika aplikována na Moravskoslezský kraj a jeho výjezdové základny zdravotnické záchranné služby. Stanoví se tak účelnost stávajícího stavu a v případě nevyhovujícího stavu, tak mohou být implementována nová řešení týkající se dostupnosti zdravotnické záchranné služby.

This thesis deals with the accessibility of the regional medical rescue service. The introduction focuses on the issue of accessibility, not only in the Czech Republic, but also in foreign countries, Saxony and Bavaria. The next part introduces the history of the medical rescue system, its operation, and types of outgoing groups. The practical part begins with the development of the dislocation of the medical rescue service from the point of view of legislation. Then the plan of the region coverage of the outgoing bases of medical rescue service is suggested. The thesis describes methodology, its principles and particular steps. The conclusion deals with the application of the methodology on the Moravian-Silesian region and its outgoing bases of the rescue medical service. The effectiveness of the existing state is determined. New solutions relating to the accessibility of the medical rescue service can be implemented in the case of an unsatisfactory state.
