Inovativní návrh ochrany zdraví při práci v živočišné výrobě

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá odborným hodnocením rizikových faktorů pracovních podmínek (prachu, amoniaku, hluku a mikroklimatických podmínek) ovlivňujících zdraví zaměstnanců v živočišné výrobě při ošetřování drůbeže a navržením optimalizace ochrany zdraví proti jejich škodlivým účinkům. Úvodní teoretická část je věnována charakteristice drůbežářské živočišné výroby a popisu rizikových faktorů, které zde působí na zaměstnance. V další části je uveden krátký popis a historie společnosti, její rozdělení na jednotlivé farmy, a popis pracovních činností ošetřovatelky drůbeže v dané společnosti. V hlavní části je uveden stručný popis měřicích přístrojů, popis a výsledky samotného měření na vybraných drůbežích farmách, zhodnocení výsledků, navržení inovace ochrany zdraví při práci a doporučení opatření, ke snížení působení škodlivých faktorů na zdraví zaměstnanců.

This thesis deals with peer evaluations of risk factors of working conditions (dust, ammonia, noise and microclimatic conditions) affecting employees' health and animal husbandry in the treatment of poultry and proposing optimization of protection against their harmful health effects. The theoretical part is devoted to the characteristics of poultry livestock production and description of risk factors that operate here on staff. The next section provides a brief description and history of the company, its division into individual farms and description of work activities nurse´s poultry in a given society. The main part is a brief description of the measurement instruments, the description and results of the measurement on the selected poultry farms, assessment results, design innovation occupational health measures and recommendations to a reduction of harmful factors on the health of employees.
