Plánovací dokumentace a svobodný přístup k informacím

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na poskytování informací z plánovací dokumentace. Je zde popsáno právní prostředí vztahující se k problematice poskytování informací. Cílem práce je rozbor havarijního plánu kraje, vnějšího havarijního plánu a krizového plánu kraje podle jejich legislativní struktury. Výstupem práce je doporučení, jaké informace z oblasti plánovací dokumentace neposkytovat na vyžádání.

Bachelor thesis is focused to access to the information of planning documentation. It describes the legal environment related to the issue of providing information. Aim of this work is the analysis of the regional emergency plan, external emergency plan and regional critical plan in accordance of their legal structure. Outcome of this work is a recommendation which information from the planning documentation shouldn’t be provide for request.
