Zpracování obrazové a zvukové dokumentace

Abstract

Práce se zabývá problematikou dokumentární činnosti jednotek požární ochrany. Z hlediska současné praxe hodnotí některé aspekty pořizování, zpracování a archivace obrazové a zvukové dokumentace a její využití i právní rámec použití. Předkládá potřebné vlastnosti vhodných přístrojů. Navrhuje možné řešení přenosu obrazu z místa zásahu veliteli zásahu pro lepší orientaci. Závěrem navrhuje metodický postup pořizování obrazové a zvukové dokumentace. Z práce vyplývá nutnost masivnějšího školení hasičů vzhledem k pořizování a zveřejňování dokumentace. Výsledky jsou implementovatelné při tvorbě výukových programů a při vývoji systému podpory velitele prostřednictvím přenosu obrazu.

The thesis deals with the documentary activities of firefighters brigades. From the perspective of current practice, evaluate some aspects of the acquisition, processing and archiving of video and audio documentation and evaluate the usage and application of the legal framework. It also submit the necessary qualities of cameras. It proposes a possible solution to transfer pictures from a place of action commander for better orientation. Finally, proposed methodology shooting video and audio documentation. The thesis demonstrates the need for more massive training of firefighters realeted with the commissioning and publishing documentation. The results are implementable in the development training programs and during the development of Wireless image transmission support of a commander.
