Proměna periferie v oblasti Hády-Korea v Brně na alternativní městské bydlení

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá přeměnou periferie v oblasti Hády-Korea v Brně na alternativní bydlení. Cílem práce bylo vytvoření urbanisticko-architektonického návrhu příměstské zóny s charakteristikou vyššího nebo středního standardu obytných funkcí. Řešené území leží ve výrazném pásu zeleně, který prochází značnou částí města Brna a je lemován významnými sídelními celky - Maloměřicemi, Líšní, Vinohrady a Židenicemi. Z tohoto poznatku vychází koncept urbanistického řešení, který je založen na dvou navzájem kolmých osách. První osou je osa pásu zeleně, která v řešeném území směřuje na brněnskou dominantu – vysílač Hády. Druhá osa je kolmá na osu zeleně a udává směr rozvoje okolních sídelních celků. Samotné řešení areálu je pak určitou transkripcí typického městského bloku a jeho principů do příměstského charakteru a měřítka. Výrazným prvkem řešení je také jasné definování hranic veřejného, poloveřejného a soukromého prostoru.

The diploma thesis deals with the transformation of the periphery area Hády-Korea in Brno into an alternative housing. The objective of the thesis was to create an urban-architectural design of the suburban area which is characterized by the upper-middle class standard of the residential functions. Intended area is located in the middle of the greenery strip which passes through a large area of the city. This strip is surrounded by the important city districts – Malomerice, Lisen, Vinohrady and Zidenice. Urban concept is based on this knowledge and on two mutually perpendicular axis. First axis is the axis of the greenery strip and it passes through a city landmark - transmission tower Hady. Second axis indicates the direction of the development of the city districts. Area design is based on the transcription of the typical city block and its principles into a suburban character and scale. Important aspect of the design is the clear definition of the borders between public, semi-public and private spaces.
