Bydlení, transformace suburbií

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je urbanistický a architektonický návrh transformace suburbií. Nové bydlení v suburbánním degradovaném kontextu místní části Poruby kolem vodního toku Porubky (od ulice 17. Listopadu po ulici Bílovecká ). Krytí potřeb nového individuálního a hromadného bydlení stále více uspěchané střední třídy předpokládá ekonomizaci výstavby a ústup od individualizace směrem ke konfekčnímu výběru. Cílem práce je navrhnout životaschopný model ekonomizace bydlení pří respektování trendů v investičním procesu. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř části. První část textová-úvod. Druhá část obsahuje analýzu území v současné části Poruby s tím spojená občanská vybavenost, doprava, veřejný prostor. Na základě těchto analýz je navržen životaschopné suburbium. Třetí část diplomové práce (praktická – výkresová) je rozdělena na část A – transformace suburbií, část B se zabývá transformaci současné průmyslové zóny na zónu bydlení a část C se zabývá vlastním návrhem objektu pro individuální a hromadné bydlení. Čtvrtá část se zabývá teoretickou otázkou suburbia, referencemi a osobním náhledem na intenzifikaci urbánní struktury v současné architektonické teorii a praxi. The subject of this thesis is urban and architectural transformation of suburbia. New housing in suburban degraded context of local Poruby around the watercourse Porubka (from November 17 st the street Bílovecká).
