Rožnov pod Radhoštěm – územní studie lokality „Dolní Dráhy“

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je návrh zástavby rodinnými domy v rozvojové zóně v jihovýchodní části obce. Lokalita se nachází mezi ulicemi Dolní Dráhy a Sluneční. Územní studie je zpracována s ohledem na urbanistické a technické podmínky v souladu s územním plánem města Rožnova pod Radhoštěm a využitím plochy pro individuální bydlení. Návrh obsahuje dvě varianty, z nichž nejvhodnější je dále podrobněji rozpracována. Součástí studie je urbanistické řešení s důrazem na vhodnou formu a orientaci navržených domů. Řešení zahrnuje i návrh technické a dopravní infrastruktury, vizualizace a vyhodnocení finančních nákladů.

The aim of the Bachelor thesis is the design of buildings by family houses in a development zone in the southeastern part of the commune. The area is located between the streets Dolní Dráhy a Sluneční. Territorial study is processed with regard to planning and technical conditions in accordance with the local plan of the town Rožnov pod Radhoštěm and using desktop for individual housing. The proposal contains two variants of which the best is further elaborated in more detail. Part of the study is urban solutions with an emphasis on proper form and orientation of the proposed houses. The solution includes design the technical and transportation, infrastructure visualization and assessment of the financial costs.
