Územní studie sportovního areálu v Karviné-Darkově

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se soustřeďuje na využití území po důlní činnosti. V souladu s územním plánem byl zde navrhnut sportovně-rekreační areál. Nachází se v něm pláž s hausbótem, plochy pro rekreační sport, restaurace s minigolfem a petanquem, dětské hřiště, park, sklad pro údržbu, čistírna odpadních vod, lanové centrum, hřiště pro tenis, volejbal, beachvolleyball a autocamping. Vhodná lokalita pro tyto areály je situována ve východní části území. Návrh obsahuje řešení dopravy, technické infrastruktury, podrobnější rozvržení jednotlivých areálů a parametrický odhad nákladů. Výsledkem bakalářské práce je návrh rozvržení území v jedné variantě.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the use of territory after mining. There was designed a sports and recreation complex in accordance with the territorial planning. In the complex You can find a beach with a houseboat, areas for recreational sports, a restaurant with mini golf and petanque, a playground, a park, a store maintenance, a wastewater treatment plant, a climbing center, tennis, volleyball, beachvolleyball and autocamping. The suitable locality for these areas is situated in the east part of the territory. Project includes a transport solution, technical infrastructure, detailed layout of all the areas and parametric estimate of costs. The result of the bachelor thesis is one proposal layout of the territory.
