Extrakce sociálních sítí z byznys procesů

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat způsob, jak z daného protokolu událostí, který zachycuje události nějakého byznys procesu, vytvořit sociální síť a následně tuto síť analyzovat. Úkolem je popsat a vysvětlit techniky, které je možné pro tento problém využít. Následně jednu z možných metod implementovat, včetně navržení a implementace aplikace pro provádění experimentů.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe the way how we can use the event log (which captures the event of a business process) to create a social network and then analyze it. The task is to describe and explain the techniques that can be used for this problem. Then implement one of the possible methods, including the design and implementation of application for experimentation.
