Návrh technologického postupu provádění příček v objektu penzionu, Frenštát pod Radhoštěm

Abstract

V rámci diplomové práce je zpracován projektem „Penzion Hnízdo, Frenštát pod Radhoštěm“, který bude situován v katastrálním území Nový Jičín. Cílem je zpracování projektu pro realizaci stavby dle platného stavebního zákona a příslušných vyhlášek. Bude provedeno tepelně technické posouzení vybraných konstrukcí a technologický postup provádění vnitřních nenosných konstrukcí (příček) a zároveň časové a ekonomické porovnání s alternativním návrhem – cihlou plnou pálenou. Na závěr bude řešen harmonogram průběhu výstavby, položkový rozpočet a zásady organizace výstavby dle platné vyhlášky. Hlavním přínosem této diplomové práce je zjištění, která konstrukce pro vybudování vnitřních nenosných konstrukcí je nejvýhodnější pro výstavbu z hlediska ekonomického, časového a technologického.

The scope of the master thesis is the elaboration of the project of „Pension Hnízdo, Frenštát pod Rahoštěm“, which will be situated in the cadastral area of Nový Jičín. The aim of the project is to prepare the project deliverables for the realisation according to the current building code and the relevant regulations. Part of the project is the thermal technology assessment of selected constructions and also a technological solutions of internal non-load bearing structures (partitions). The thesis also includes the comparison of the alternative proposal - firebrick from time and economical point of view. The end of the thesis offers the complete schedule for realisation of the project, itemized budget and the principles of organization required to be met according to the current regulation. The main contribution of this master thesis is to decide, which construction of internal non-load bearing structures will be the best from economical, time and technological aspects.
