Sanace panelového bytového domu, BOZP na staveništi

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je sanace bytového panelového domu T 06 B. Jejichž cílem je energetická úspora na vytápění. Rekonstrukce obvodového pláště a lodžií bytového domu.

V rámci diplomové práce je zpracován návrh rekonstrukce bytového jádra, která by postupně probíhala v jednotlivých bytech panelového domu.

V části pozemního stavitelství je řešena situace panelového domu v stávající a nové variantě. V části technologické je řešen technologický postup výstavby bytového jádra spolu s rozpočtem a harmonogramem. Další součástí práce je vypracování plánu BOZP na staveništi sanovaného objektu.

The thesis is focused on remediation of prefab hause T06 B. The aim of remediation is to attain energy savings for heating. Create a vision of reconstruction of cladding and balconies.

In the thesis there is also included a draft of core reconstruction, that should take a place step by step in all the flats, that are situated in the prefab.

In the part of the building construction I focus on the comparison of the current state of the panel house and the state after the reconstruction. Technological part focuses on the technological methods that are used for a core reconstruction, including the budget and work schedule. The end of the thesis is focused on Occupational safety and health on the construction site.
