Kalkulace nákladů demolice rozestavěného skeletového objektu

Abstract

Diplomová práce řeší kalkulaci nákladů na demolici rozestavěného skeletového objektu. V první části práce řeším vypracování dokumentace skutečného provedení stavby a dokumentaci bouracích prací včetně textové části. Dále se v diplomové práci zabývám zvolením optimální metody demolice objektu a návrh technologického předpisu bouracích prací. V další části práce jsem sestavil bilance hlavních zdrojů na demolici, která obsahuje zdroje vstupující do procesu demolice v jednotlivých etapách. A v poslední části na základě bilance hlavních zdrojů a technologického předpisu bouracích prací jsem sestavil položkový rozpočet bouracích prací a časový harmonogram provádění demolice.

This thesis addresses the calculation of the cost of demolition of the unfinished skeleton object. In the first part I deal with the compilation of the actual building construction and demolition documentation, including the text. Furthermore, the thesis deals with choosing the optimal method of demolition of the building and design of technological regulation of demolition work. In the next section I compiled the balance of the main sources for the demolition, which includes resources entering the demolition process at each stage. And in the last section on the balance of the main sources of technological regulation and demolition work I compiled an itemized budget for demolition work and the timetable for the demolition.
