Abstract

Účelem této práce je zpracovat projekt pro realizaci stavby občanské vybavenosti ve zvolené lokalitě. Tato práce řeší v prvé řadě návrh samotné budovy z hlediska dispozice, estetiky a funkce. V druhé řadě řeší detailně problematiku jednotlivých stavebních konstrukcí na daném objektu, jako jsou základy, svislé konstrukce, vodorovné konstrukce, obvodový plášť a střecha. Je zde také kladen důraz na funkčnost dané budovy z hlediska stavebně fyzikálního. Skloubení těchto tří hledisek by mělo mít za výsledek stavbu, která bude stabilní, esteticky zajímavá, bude dotvářet příznivě ráz okolí a její interiér bude nabízet příjemné prostředí pro všechny návštěvníky i pracovníky. Nejdůležitějším posláním této práce je však předat co nejdetailnější technické informace o celé budově tak, aby byly srozumitelné pro budoucího zhotovitele stavby.

The purpose of this thesis is to develop a project for the realization of building for civil facilities in the selected location. This thesis solves primarily design of building in terms of layout, aesthetics and function. Second, it solves in detail the issue by building structures on the object, such as foundation, vertical structures, horizontal structures, circumferential walls and roof. There is also the focus on the functionality of the building in terms of building physics. Combining these three aspects should result in a structure that is stable, aesthetically interesting, will create character of the area positively and its interior will offer a pleasant environment for all visitors and staff. The most important mission of this thesis, however, is to pass the most detailed technical information about the entire building so as to be understandable for the prospective building contractor.
