| dc.description.abstract | Každé stavební dílo prochází svým životním cyklem, od počáteční myšlenky, přes jeho
projektování, realizaci, případně změnu stavby a užívání až po jeho odstranění. Příspěvek popisuje
životní cyklus stavebního díla a jeho jednotlivé fáze a soustřeďuje svou pozornost na náklady, které
během životního cyklu vznikají, a definuje způsob, jakým tyto náklady lze vyčíslit. Při srovnání
procentuálních podílů jednotlivých nákladů je patrné, že provozní náklady zaujímají největší část
nákladů v rámci celého životního cyklus stavebního díla. | cs |

| dc.description.abstract-en | Every construction project passes its life cycle, from initial idea, through the design,
implementation, or change the construction and use to disposal. This article describes the life cycle of
the works and the different phases and focuses its attention on the costs that arise during the life
cycle, and defines the way in which these costs can be quantified. When comparing the percentages
of costs shows that operating costs are the largest item in the entire life cycle of the works. | cs |
