Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce "Analýza úrazovosti ve vybraném podniku" je seznámení s právním vymezením BOZP, provedení analýzy systému řízení BOZP ve společnosti ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s., zhodnocení systému řízení BOZP a doporučení pro další rozvoj. Teoretická část práce popisuje základní pojmy BOZP, legislativní rámec, představuje práva a povinnosti zaměstnavatele a zaměstnance, vysvětluje pojem a problematiku pracovního úrazu a nemoci z povolání. Praktická část pojednává o konkrétním nastavení BOZP v podniku ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s., popisuje cíle a zásady BOZP. Pomocí vybraných ukazatelů hodnotí systém nastavení BOZP a jeho účinnost. Na základě těchto zjištění definuje následná doporučení do budoucna.

The subject of the thesis "Analysis of accidents in the selected company" is an introduction to the legal definition of occupational health and safety (OSH), the analysis of OSH management system in company ArcelorMittal Ostrava, evaluation of OSH management system and recommendations for further development. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts of occupational health and safety legislative framework, represents the rights and obligations of employers and employees, explains the concept and issues of occupational accidents and occupational diseases. The practical part deals with the specific setting of OSH in ArcelorMittal Ostrava, describes the objectives and principles of OSH. Using selected indicators evaluate a set of OHS and its effectiveness. Based on these findings define the following recommendations for the future.
