Vyplácení náhrad bývalým pracovníkům v hornictví

Abstract

Ve státem definovaném procesu transformace byl přijat princip státní účasti na útlumu některých provozů těžebních společností, zejména při řešení problematiky jejich likvidace, a to na krytí sociálně zdravotních nároků obligatorního charakteru a některých dalších oblastí. Diplomová práce pojednává o mandatorních výdajích souvisejících s vyplácením náhrad bývalým pracovníkům v hornictví. Obsahuje analýzu dosavadního vývoje mandatorních výdajů jako takových, a to za období posledních deseti let. Dále přibližuje mandatorní výdaje související s vyplácením náhrad bývalým pracovníkům v hornictví, a to z hlediska skutečně vynaložených nákladů za období uplynulých pěti let a z hlediska predikce vývoje do roku 2040. Dále vysvětluje základní pojmy související s tématem, přibližuje legislativní úpravu a faktory ovlivňující čerpání příslušných dotací.

There was accepted the principle of state cooperation in the slow-down process of existing mining corporation. Specific problems arise especially in the process of disposal these. The dominant questions are health care and social insurance of the miners who lost their jobs. The thesis deals with mandatory expenses that relate to wage and salary of ex-miners. There is also analysis of contemporary development of mentioned expenses and progress in the last ten years. The mandatory expenses that are connected with the mentioned topic and were paid in last five year are compared with the prognosis by 2040. The basic factors, terms and legislation in the area related to the topic of the thesis are explained too. The factors that influenced using special grant are mentioned in the last part of thesis.
