| dc.description.abstract | Předmětem diplomové práce je analýza personálních činností u vybrané těžební společnosti. Touto společností jsem si zvolila firmu Czech Coal a.s. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část.
Teoretická část práce obsahuje popis vybraných personálních činností a jejich principy. V další části je představena společnost Czech Coal a.s. a její vybrané personální činnosti se zaměřením na fluktuaci zaměstnanců, úrazovost a absenci. Praktická část práce se zabývá návrhy pro snížení těchto faktorů. Dále doporučeními pro zlepšení stávající situace v oblasti spokojenosti zaměstnanců. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The subject of diploma thesis is an analysis of personnel activities in selected mining company. I chose a Czech Coal a.s. company. Thesis is divided into a theoretical and practical part.
The theoretical part of thesis contains characterization of chosen personnel activities and their principles. Next part presents Czech Coal a.s. company’s profile and their chosen personnel activities focused on an employee fluctuation, accident rate and absence hours. The practical part of thesis deals with suggestions for reduction of these factors. Also with the recommendations for improvement of present situation with employees satisfaction. | en |
