Analýza změn rozšíření invazního neofytu rodu křídlatka (Reynoutria spp.) v povodí Morávky

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou změny pokryvu křídlatky v povodí Morávky. Výskyt křídlatky je negativní jev ve smyslu snížení diverzity ostatních rostlinných druhů. Data byla získána pomocí GPS mapováním ploch s výskytem křídlatky. Výskyt křídlatky byl mapován v letech 2007, 2009, 2013. Mapování prováděl RNDr. P. Švec, Ph.D. Řešeny jsou zde závislosti mezi vybranými atributy. Jedná se o prokázání statistické závislosti pomocí Chí-kvadrát testu dobré shody a Anovy. Dále byly vytvořeny tabulky a grafy prezentující hodnoty vybraných atributů, a to zejména celková výměra v jednotlivých letech. Za účelem prezentace geodat byly vytvořeny mapové výstupy. Pro ně byla použita kartografická metoda složeného kartogramu. Ten zobrazí dva odlišné atributy v jednom mapové poli současně. Výsledky statistických testů a mapových výstupů jsou popsány a částečně zdůvodněny.

This bachelor thesis analyzes the changes in land cover in the watershed knotweed Morávka. The incidence of knotweed is a negative phenomenon in terms of reducing the diversity of other plant species. Data were obtained using GPS mapping areas with occurrence of knotweed. The incidence of knotweed was mapped in 2007, 2009, 2013. The mapping was conducted by RNDr. P. Švec, Ph.D. Solutions are dependencies between the selected attributes. This is a demonstration of statistical dependence using the chi-square test of goodness of fit and ANOVA. Were also created tables and graphs presenting the values of selected attributes. In particular, the total area in each year. Geodata created map outputs for the purpose of presentation. For them, the cartographic method was used bivariate map. It displays two different attributes in a map field at the same time. Results of statistical tests and mapping output are described and partially justified.
