| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá teoretickým studiem uhlíkatých nanostruktur. V úvodní části jsou popsány všeobecné informace o uhlíkatých nanostrukturách. Následuje základní rozdělení uhlíkatých nanomateriálů, s dalším zaměřením na použití nanotrubiček, například v lékařství. Další část práce je věnována toxicitě, cytotoxicitě, toxikologickým účinkům na plicní systém a škodlivým účinkům na buňky lidské krve. | cs |
