Analýza nákladovosti v oblasti dopravy ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Pro většinu podniků je složitější dosáhnout zvýšení obratu než snížení nákladů. Každá ušetřená koruna v logistických nákladech téměř vždy znamená zvýšení zisku zase o jednu korunu. Úkolem předložené bakalářské práce je proto analyzovat nastavený logistický systém společnosti Heineken Česká republika, a.s. a najít případnou úsporu dopravních nákladů. V první části této práce představím společnost a popíši jednotlivé distribuční toky, kde se zaměřím na specifika systému dopravy. V druhé polovině práce se budu věnovat zkoumání vybraných podnikových ukazatelů, optimálnímu nastavení toku zboží a hodnocení spolupráce dodavatelů dopravních služeb s ohledem na nákladovost tohoto procesu. V závěru práce bych tak měla nalézt efektivnější proces přemisťování výrobků, které by mělo firmě přinést úsporu logistických nákladů.

For most companies it is more difficult to achieve some sales increase, rather than decrease of the costs. Each crown saved in logistics costs almost always means one crown profit increase again. Therefore, the target of my bachelor work is to analyze the existing logistical system in Heineken Czech Republic a.s. and find potential savings in transportation costs. In the first part the company is introduced and each distributional flow is described, where the main focus is on the specifics distribution system. The second part is focused on selected business performance indicators, the optimum setting of flow of goods and evaluation of the cooperation with suppliers of transport services with regard to the process costs. At the end there should be found a more effective process of products handling, which implementation within the company should generate savings in logistics costs.
