Abstract

Má diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou podnikových procesů a jejich automatizovaného řízení - workflow. Na začátku jsou popsány základní pojmy, které souvisí s danou problematikou. Dále práce detailně popisuje základní metody pro modelování podnikových procesů, metody pro zlepšování procesů (Business Process Reengineering a Business Process Improvement) a metody pro specifikaci procesů. V dalším textu jsou popisovány nástroje pro modelování nebo řízení podnikových procesů. Mezi tyto nástroje jsem zahrnul Microsoft Visio 2013, ARIS Platform, jBPM a systém SAP. K nastínění této problematiky jsem vytvořil aplikaci, která poskytuje plnohodnotné prostředí pro modelování procesů, jejich řízení a monitorování, a tím demonstroval v praxi problematiku workflow. Poslední část této práce obsahuje detailní návrhy a analýzy této aplikace a další dokumentaci programu.

My diploma thesis deals with business processes and their automated management - workflow. At the beginning describes the basic terms related tothis topic. The thesis also describes in detail the basic methods for modeling business processes, methods for improving processes (Business Process Reengineering and Business Process Improvement) and methods for process specification. In the following text are described tools for modeling and managing business processes. Betwen these tools I have included Microsoft Visio 2013, ARIS Platform, jBPM and SAP. The last part of this work includes detailed design and analysis of the application and other program documentation.
