Interoperabilita MS Lync a Siemens Hipath4000

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na možnosti realizace interoperability mezi Microsoft Lync Serverem 2013 a Siemens Hipath4000. Hlavním požadavkem bylo zjistit, jakými způsoby je tato interoperabilita realizovatelná. Podstatnou část tvoří podrobná dokumentace, která popisuje vytvoření plně funkční topologie Microsoft Lync Serveru 2013 a testovací stanice. Dále práce obsahuje nastavení Siemens Hipath 4000, nastavení hlasové brány od společnosti Cisco a výsledky testování základního volání a dalších možných podporovaných služeb při různých způsobech propojení. Výsledkem této práce je interoperabilní řešení, při kterém lze úspěšně sestavit hovor z Microsoft Lync Clienta 2013, který využívá vytvořené topologie Microsoft Lync Serveru 2013, na IP telefon připojený k Siemens Hipath4000.

This Bachelor's thesis is focused on feasibility of integration between Microsoft Lync Server 2013 and Siemens Hipath4000. The main objective was to determine how this integration can be realized. Substantial part of the thesis consists of detailed documentation that explains creation of fully operational Microsoft Lync Server 2013 topology with test workstations. The thesis further contains configuration of Siemens Hipath4000, configuration of Cisco Voice Gateway and test results of the basic call and other possible supported services while utilizing different types of connection. The result of this work is interoperable solution in which basic call between Microsoft Lync Client 2013 and IP Phone connected to Siemens Hipath4000 can be successfully established
