Věnuje se základům podnikové informatiky, podnikovým procesům, podnikovému systému a také správě podnikového obsahu. Praktická část popisuje zlepšení podnikového procesu - zpracování faktur, kdy po konkrétních krocích došlo k jejich přímé archivaci z emailového klienta Lotus Notes do systému SAP. | cs |
