Předmětem mé diplomové práce bude posouzení organizačního uspořádání a aktivit v nově vzniklé podnikatelské jednotce Automotive. Na této diplomové práci jsem spolupracovala se společností ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Karviná, a.s., která se v roce 2012 rozhodla pro rozdělení organizační struktury na dvě samostatné strategické podnikatelské jednotky a mým úkolem bude toto rozdělení posoudit a případně navrhnout zlepšení. | cs |
