| dc.description.abstract | Předmětem diplomové práce „Analýza konkurenčního prostředí firmy ELIT CZ spol. s r.o. je analyzovat konkurenci na trhu aftermarketových dodavatelů náhradních dílů pro automobily a servisního vybavení v České republice. První část práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku základních pojmů související s analýzou konkurence a konkurenčním prostředím. Druhá část je věnována analyzování situace na trhu z pohledu statistiky počtu servisů vůči distributorům. V poslední části práce jsou rozebrány metody analýzy konkurence. | cs |
