Aplikace smaltů v závislosti na způsobu úpravy povrchu kovů

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je aplikace smaltů v závislosti na způsobu úpravy povrchu kovů. Práce je rozdělena do šesti základních kapitol. Úvodní kapitola představuje stanovené cíle práce a způsob jakými prostředky cíle dosáhnout. Ve druhé kapitole práce popisuje historické počátky smaltování. Třetí kapitola je již věnována teoretickým základům, jako jsou principy, způsoby, rozdělení nebo vlastnosti smaltu. Dále následuje popis samotné výrobní technologie celého procesu smaltování. Ve čtvrté kapitole práce již přistupuje k praktické realizaci tématu. A to popisem podniku, jeho činností a způsob technologie výroby, ve které bylo umožněno experiment realizovat. Následuje popis způsobů aplikace zvolených předúprav a následné smaltování na vzorcích. Všechny vzorky jsou na základě popsaných zkoušek vyhodnoceny. V závěru je v práci provedeno shrnutí a vyhodnocení se stanoveným cílem.

The thesis whose theme is the application of enamels, depending on the method of surface treatment of metals, is divided into six chapters. The introductory chapter presents the objectives set and work the way they have the means to achieve goals. In the second chapter of the thesis describes the historical beginnings of enamelling. The third chapter is devoted to the theoretical foundations of such principles, methods, or properties of the distribution of enamel. This is followed by the description of the production technology, the whole process of enamelling. In the fourth chapter, already approaches the practical realization topic. A description of a company, its activities and the way in technology, in which it was possible to implement the experiment. The following is a description of the methods of application of selected pre-and post enamelling on samples. All samples are described on the basis of tests evaluated. In conclusion, the thesis summary and evaluation of the the stated objective.
