Aktualizace procesu řízení dokumentace v systému managementu kvality

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou a zlepšením dokumentace v systému managementu kvality. Systém managementu kvality je nedílnou součástí každé organizace, která chce být úspěšná jak na tuzemském tak na mezinárodním trhu, a každá jeho činnost musí být dokumentována. V první části je popsán systém dokumentace s teoretického hlediska, v další je provedena analýza současného stavu a jsou uvedená doporučení na změny v řízení dokumentů, která přispějí ke zlepšení výkonů pracovníků a organizace.

This thesis deals with the analysis and improvement of the documentation in quality management system. Quality management system is an integral part of each organization, which wants to be successful on domestic market and international market too, and all of its operations must be documented. The first part consists of the theoretical point of view on the documentation system, in the next part there is analysis of current condition and contains recommended changes in the document control process which enhance the performance of the workers and company.
