Legislativní a institucionální zabezpečení certifikace systémů managementu jakosti v České republice

Abstract

V bakalářské práci se zabývám postupy při certifikaci systémů managementu kvality konané firmou Det Norske Veritas. Zejména se zaměřuji na posouzení, zdali je postup certifikace v souladu s legislativou platnou pro Českou republiku. V praktické části popisuji podrobně postup při certifikaci systémů kvality, dále pak nejčastěji zjištěné neshody při certifikacích s možnými důsledky. V závěru práce se zaměřuji na porovnání postupů dané firmy s legislativními požadavky.

The work deals with the procedures for the certification of quality management systems held by Det Norske Veritas. In particular, the assessment of whether the certification procedure in accordance with the legislation in force for the Czech Republic. In a practical part describes in detail the procedure for certification of quality systems, then most often identified in non-compliance certifications with potential consequences. In conclusion, I focus on the company's practices with legislative requirements.
