| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá finančními benefity pro zaměstnance ve strojírenské firmě. Vstupní údaje byly získány na základě průzkumu mezi zaměstnanci formou dotazníku. Cílem je optimalizace systému finančních benefitů na základě analýzy současného systému, který nebyl v současné době vyhovující.
