Návrh nového pracoviště skládání a bodování kontejnerů ABROLL

Abstract

V diplomové práci se zabývám návrhem nového pracoviště skládání a bodování kontejneru typu Abroll. V úvodní části se věnuji popisu technologie výroby kontejneru Abroll, včetně popisu celkové situace a stávajícího řešení. V další části navrhuji několik variant technologické dispozice pracoviště včetně jejich silných a slabých stránek. Jednotlivé varianty pracovišť jsou postaveny na odlišném způsobu manipulace s břemenem. V první variantě probíhají manipulace otočným jeřábem, v druhé mostovým a ve třetí variantě portálovým jeřábem. V závěru práce provedu ekonomický rozbor a celkové hodnocení jednotlivých řešení.

This diploma thesis deals with the proposal of a new workplace assembling and point welding of Abroll container type. The introductory part describes the technology of a production of Abroll container, including a description of the overall situation and the existing solutions. In the next section, I propose several variants of technological layout of the workplace, including their strengths and weaknesses. Individual variants of workplaces are different in the way of manipulation of the load. In the first type of workplace the load is carried out by manipulation with a rotary crane, in the second by the bridge crane and in the third one by the gantry crane. In conclusion, I make an economic analysis and an overall assessment of each solution.
