Abstract

KUTIOVÁ, Kristýna. Návrh multifunkčního volantu vozu Formula Student: bakalářská práce. Ostrava: VŠB – Technická univerzita Ostrava, Fakulta strojní, Institut dopravy, 2014, Počet stran: 52. Vedoucí práce: Ing. Jakub Šmiraus. Bakalářská práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem multifunkčního volantu vozu Formula Student. V první části se zabývá rozborem volantů formulových vozů a výběrem vhodného polotovaru pro základ multifunkčního volantu. Dále je popsán výběr vhodných spínačů pro start a stop motoru, rychlospojky a také kabelového svazku. Obsahuje návrh instalace dashboardu do volantu a instalace spínačů do dashboardu. Součástí práce jsou také modely volantu s dashboardem, spínači a rychloupínacím zařízením. Výkresová dokumentace k podložce pro dashboard byla použita pro její výrobu a montáž. Hlavním cílem této práce bylo vytvořit funkční multifunkční volant, který byl následně použit pro vůz Formule Student.

This bachelor thesis deals with the structural design of the multifunction steering wheel of the Formula Student car. The first parts deals with the analysis of steering wheels of the formula’s cars and choosing a suitable semi-finished product for the base of the multifunction steering wheel. Then it describes selection of appropriate switches to start and stop the engine, quick release and wiring bundle. It contains design of completing the dashboard and steering wheel and also installing the switches in the dashboard. Part of this thesis are also models of the steering wheel, dashboard, switches and quick release created in Autodesk Inventor. Drawings to the holder of the dashboard was used for its manufacture and assembly. The essential objective of this thesis was to create a functional multifunction steering wheel, which was subsequently used for a Formula Student car.
