Abstract

Bakalářská práce řeší problematiku efektivity kapitálu vázaného v hmotném investičním majetku. Je zaměřena na přípravu organizačního uspořádání výroby, které umožní významně zvýšit stupeň využití investičně náročného technologického celku. Práce řeší výpočet kapacity stroje, výpočet využití stroje a zařazení stroje do organizačního schématu prostorového uspořádání montážní linky. Organizační schéma bude připraveno variantně a budou realizovány simulace výroby pro jejich porovnání a výběr nejoptimálnější varianty.

Bachelor thesis addresses the issue of efficiency of capital tied up in tangible fixed assets. It is designed to prepare the organizational structure of production that enable significantly increase the degree of utilization of capital-intensive technological complex. The work deals with the calculation of the capacity of the machine, calculating machine utilization and classification of machine organization chart layout of the assembly line. Organizational chart will be prepared and will be implemented alternatively production simulation to compare and select the most optimal variant.
