Dokončování povrchů procesem lapování

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je dokončování povrchů procesem lapování ve firmě John Crane Sigma a.s. V teoretické části jsou popsány vybrané dokončovací operace, do kterých patří i proces lapování, dále je pak zpracovaná teorie o procesu lapování. Praktická část se zabývá samotným procesem lapování zadané součásti, popisem stoje, vlastnostmi materiálu lapovaného dílce, popisem lapovací emulze, postupem lapování. Dále je popsána kontrola rovinnosti monochromatickým světlem, kontrola rovinnosti pomocí kruhoměru. V průběhu řešení zadané součásti pomocí firmy John Crane Sigma a.s. bylo kladeno mnoho otázek, výsledkem je výměna lapovací desky na lapovací desku bez drážek u leštění a zkrácení hadic přívodu vstřikovací jednotky.

The theme of the bachelor thesis is surface finishing by lapping process in the Company John Crane a.s. In the theoretical part describes the selected finishing operations, which include the process of lapping, is then processed the theory about the process of lapping. The practical part deals with the process of lapping the component, describing the material properties, lapping parts, describing the lapping emulsions, in accordance with the lapping. It is also described flatness of monochromatic light control, checking the flatness by using roundness instrument. In the course of the specified component using the company John Crane Sigma a.s. has been asked a lot of questions, the result is an exchange lapping plate to plate without grooves and shortening of the hose inlet of the injection unit.
