Zabezpečení kolejových vjezdů do areálu společnosti ArcelorMittal Ostrava.

Abstract

Diplomová práce pojednává o ochraně železničních vjezdů do areálu společnosti. Hlavním cílem je snížit počet krádeží železného materiálu i komponentů zabezpečovacího zařízení v kolejišti a zajistit bezproblémový průběh dopravy po železnici. V teoretické části je řešen právní a normativní základ a je zmapováno socioekonomické prostředí, v němž společnost ArcelorMittal Ostrava působí. Dále je také zjišťován stav současného zabezpečení kolejových vjezdů. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu a hodnocení rizik v dané oblasti. Na základě požadavků organizace a provedených analýz jsou sestaveny tři varianty řešení. Nejvhodnější varianta je následně detailněji rozpracována.

The thesis deals with the protection of rail entrances to the area of the company. The target is to reduce the number of thefts of iron material and components of safety equipment in the track and ensure smooth flow of rail transportation. In the theoretical part there is the legal and normative basis and information about socio-economic entourage in which the company operates. It is also investigated the current state of security of rail entrances. The practical part is focused on the analysis and evaluation of risks in the area. Based on the requirements of the organization and analysis three alternatives are composed. The best of them is subsequently elaborated in detail.
