Teoretická část vymezuje současnou legislativu a prostředky varování obyvatelstva. Na tuto část navazuje analýza vybraných veřejných portálů. V praktické části byla pomocí Fullerova trojúhelníku a dalších zvolených kritérií vyhodnocena efektivnost veřejných portálů ve vztahu k preventivnímu informování obyvatelstva. | cs |
