Kategorizace humanitární pomoci

Abstract

Diplomová práca s názvom „Kategorizace humanitárni pomoci“ sa zameriava na oblasť humanitárnej pomoci v prípade katastrofy. V terminologickom rámci tejto práce sú vysvetlené základné pojmy danej oblasti. V ďalších častiach tejto práce je definovaný pojem humanitárna pomoc, popísaný jej historický vývoj a dnešná podoba vo svete a aj v Českej republike. Práca ďalej poskytuje prehľad humanitárnych organizácií, ktoré sa podieľajú nielen na jej poskytovaní, ale aj na jej samotnom zlepšení prostredníctvom projektov. V práci je načrtnutý Project Sphere, ktorý poskytuje prehľad požiadaviek na oblasť humanitárnej pomoci. Na základe historického vývoja humanitárnej pomoci je spracovaný návrh kategorizácie pomoci.

Diploma thesis called "Categorization of humanitarian aid" focuses on the field of humanitarian aid in the event of a humanitarian crisis. Terminological part of this work explains the basic concepts of the field. The rest of this thesis defines the concept of humanitarian aid, described the historical development and current style in the world and also in the Czech Republic. This work also provides an overview of humanitarian organizations that are involved not only in its provision, but also to improve itself through its projects. The paper outlines the Sphere Project, which provides an overview of the requirement for the area of humanitarian aid. In the following part of the paper describes the importance of humanitarian assistance in selected States and on a historical development of humanitarian aid proposal drafted categorization.
