Posouzení vybraného druhu obráběcího stroje CNC ve vztahu k ČSN EN 13478

Abstract

Práce se zabývá provedením analýzy rizik CNC soustruhu HAAS SL – 40 dle požadavků normy ČSN EN 13 478+A1. Cílem diplomové práce bylo navržení opatření pro zajištění bezpečnosti stroje na základě analýzy rizik v souladu s normou ČSN EN 13 478+A1 a požadavky platné legislativy ČR. V práci je dále zahrnuto zpracování problematiky technologie obrábění a obráběcích strojů. Tento dokument se dále zabývá zpracováním současně platné legislativy ČR a EU, která se vztahuje na oblast bezpečnosti strojní zařízení.

The work deals with the implementation of risk analysis HAAS CNC lathe SL - 40 according to standard ČSN EN 13 478+A1 The aim of this diploma thesis was to propose measures for ensuring the safety equipment on the basis of a risk analysis in accordance with the standard ČSN EN 13 478+A1 and the requirements of applicable legislation of the Czech Republic. The work further includes processing the problems of machining and machine tools. This document also deals with the processing of current legislation of the Czech Republic and the EU, which applies to machinery safety.
