| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá posouzením požární bezpečnosti horkovzdušných balónů. První kapitola uvádí základní údaje o horkovzdušných balónech a jejich provozu, druhá technický popis balónu a třetí průběh letu. Čtvrtá kapitola se zaměřuje na analýzu rizika vzniku požáru při provozu horkovzdušného balónu. V páté kapitole jsou pak uvedena preventivní opatření pro provoz horkovzdušných balónů a v šesté kapitole opatření represivní. Závěrem jsou shrnuty hlavní zdroje nebezpečí vzniku požáru na horkovzdušných balónech a hlavní zásady prevence a represe. Práce je určena pro lepší informovanost veřejnosti a pro případné využití jednotkami hasičských záchranných sborů. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The thesis deals with the assessment of fire safety of hot air balloons. The first chapter provides basic information about hot air balloons, the second chapter describes the technical description and the third part on the flight. The fourth chapter focuses on the analysis of the risk of fire during operation of hot air balloon. The fifth and the sixth chapter describes preventive and repressive measures for the operation of hot air balloons. Conclusion summarizes the main sources of risk of fire on hot air balloons and principles of prevention and repression.
