| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem řízení rizik při výrobě briket ze sena. V úvodní části je popsána základní právní úprava související s touto problematikou. Dále je v práci popsána konkrétní výroba briket i s účelem jejího vzniku. Z této výroby následně vychází vypracovaná analýza rizik. Analyzovaná rizika jsou řešena v navrhovaných opatřeních a vylepšeních pro novou výrobu briket ze sena. V závěru práce je řešena ekonomická rentabilita navrhované výroby. | cs |
