Fyzická ochrana budovy městského úřadu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá fyzickou ochranou budovy městského úřadu. Hlavním cílem je navrhnout vhodná opatření pro minimalizaci rizik v tomto objektu. Úvod teoretické části obsahuje základní právní předpisy a vybrané technické normy související s řešenou problematikou. Další část se zabývá charakteristikou fyzické ochrany a jejich prvků. V úvodu praktické části je uveden popis zvoleného objektu a jeho současný stav zabezpečení. V další části je provedena analýza bezpečnostních rizik. V poslední části je na základě vyhodnocených rizik vypracovaný návrh nového zabezpečení, jehož součástí je i ekonomické zhodnocení.

This bachelor thesis deals with the physical protection of the municipality building. The main objective is to propose appropriate measures to minimize the risks in this building. The introduction of the theoretical part contains the basic provisions and selected technical standards associated with the problem. The next part deals with the characteristics of physical protection and their elements. At the beginning of the practical part is a description of the selected object and its current state of security. The next section is an analysis of security risks. The last part is based on the assessed risk proposal for a new security, which also includes an economic evaluation.
